  9. anncouce to your list - on FB - wherever you have access to an audience - and find influencers who are talking about the niche - give them affiliate access
  10. follow up with another short course
  11. Create more than you consume

you need to bias yourself towards shipping - creating - publishing - not perfecting - don’t make perfection the eneny of achievement - think mininmal viable products and audience - teach one thing at a time (content cornerstone will hel; you with this) - heal a hurt - pop a pain - or offer a unique perspective on a problem - and move on.  Speed matters and more is better than less

  3. teach one thing - teach one thing at a time - pop one pain/heal one hurt
  4. minimum viable/maxium valuable
  5. use the “Gavi real world cost” as an incentive for demontrating empirical value

If you don’t have a list -
use this first course to build one - offer it for free - and then segment your audience (using a drip automation or segmenetation campaign) to follow up with something
