The practice of intentionally cultivating gratitude is not some silly, new age idea that sounds good in an Instagram hashtag;  It's a scientifically validated way to reduce depression, increase appreciation, expand awareness, while becoming happier, healthier and maybe even become better looking to boot!  (some recent studies of people who practiced gratitude on a daily basis have demonstrated reductions in body inflammation, improvements in skin tone, and overall attractiveness vs control groups :)

And if mental health is a concern (as I think we can all agree it's been a difficult year for the human species :)  gratitude practices can have a completely transformative effect on your well being in a way that surpass even the most common popular medical mental health interventions.
