The goal here isn't to practice more minutes on the cushion, or with your eyes closed, or in some sacred space or in some insular, isolated way. It's about collapsing the distance between your practice and your life. Your life, is your practice. There is no separation. And life offers each of us endless opportunities to wake up, show up and actually embody the qualities we've cultivated out in the world. If there is a goal we're trying to measure, in the end, that's the only metric that matters.
